Mikkel Madvig
I team up with management consultant and executive coach Mikkel Madvig. Mikkel is a seasoned business psychologist and HR professional with a background in large corporates and consulting. We are dedicated to develop and liberate talent – creating a win-win-win for the organisation, the team and the individual. We combine our knowledge and experience within HR, management, leadership, talent management, assessment, team and personality development. Among our current projects is an executive leadership development program within a C20 company.
TRAC – Thea Mikkelsen
TRAC – Training for Advanced Creativity – is founded by Danish business psychologist and psychoanalyst Thea Mikkelsen. Thea specialises in innovation and creativity. With extensive experience and two books on the subject she is an authority in the field. I have been working with Thea on creativity and leadership development since 2015. We offer programs to help organisations foster creativity and lead creative people. We believe to be able to offer a deep understanding of the minds of creative people and the challenges of leading creative people, processes and organisations.
