POWER, PRESENCE AND PERSONALITY

“Power, Presence and Personality” is a development program built by award winning Danish actress Ellen Hillingsø and myself to enhance executive presence. We combine and share our insights and experience within art, performance, psychology and business in this engaging and dynamic program. The program is designed for successful leaders and executives who want to become even stronger leaders. These have proven themselves on a wide range of areas. Now leadership impact depends on executive presence, power and personality as key differentiators of sustained success. The program combines assessment, executive coaching and master class group workshops. Involvement from HR and direct manager ensures organisational alignment. We offer “Power, Presence and Personality” as an annual open enrollment program or upon request for senior management teams. Power, Presence and Personality is also offered as an individual program.
